The plot on offer is located in the north part of Lozenets. It can be reached through an asphalted street and near the plot there are power lines, water supply and sewage. The terrain itself is slightly slanted to the southeast. It is located 200 m from the Central Beach and at approximately the same distance to two smaller beaches and a larger one.

This means that the building density is 40%, intensity ratio is 0.8 and cornice level is 7 m.
